Kristi Muldoon Stevens joined Finnell Lee Homes after many years as a Critical Care Registered Nurse. Originally from Florida, she graduated from the University of Florida with her bachelor’s degree and started working in the title industry. She then wanted to expand her skill set and use her “keep calm under pressure” demeanor, so she went back to school for a second bachelor’s degree as a registered nurse. Throughout her five years as a critical care nurse, including her time at George Washington University Hospital Intensive Care Unit and the Covid Unit at Sibley Memorial Hospital, Kristi helped countless people through tremendous ups and downs.

Kristi’s experience offers a perspective on life’s big, and sometimes stressful, decisions and can help her clients navigate each situation. She has strong communication and organization skills. She can manage many moving parts while still being attentive to the client and making them feel comfortable. She is a passionate advocate for her clients and will keep their best interests at the forefront of any negotiation.

Kristi lives in the Adams Morgan neighborhood in Washington, D.C. with her husband, Will, and dog, Stevie. She loves all the experiences Washington, D.C. has to offer. She has always been a lover of the arts and cuisine, so she enjoys exploring the many options around the DC area. She spends her time off viewing the new exhibits at the countless DC museums and seeing theatre productions, as well as sampling dishes from restaurants of all types of cultures and styles.
