Well, 2023 has certainly been one for the books when it comes to the real estate market! As the year draws to a close, we here at Finnell Lee Homes are reflecting on the past 12 months — appreciating the highs, acknowledging the lows, and focusing on how we can apply all that we’ve learned to improve ourselves as we move forward in this ever-changing, always-exciting, and perpetually unpredictable industry!

In a nutshell, we’ve learned that there are so many things that we have no control over: interest rates, inventory, economic data and current/local/world affairs to name a few. But there are many more things that we do have control over, including showing up for our clients and teammates each day committed to delivering the highest possible level of service, keeping our fingers on the pulse of the local and national market and industry trends, and aligning ourselves with the best brokerage, vendors, and colleagues to create the most outstanding experience possible for our buyers and sellers.
