Louise brings a unique international perspective, having navigated real estate markets across the U.S., Europe, and Australasia. With 30+ years in customer service and a passion for helping families find their perfect home, she ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client.

Nasim Shojaei
A dedicated real estate professional, Nasim Shojaei combines financial expertise with market insight to deliver exceptional client experiences. She joined the Finnell Lee Homes (FLH) Team at Sotheby’s International Realty in October 2024, serving clients in Maryland, Washington, DC, and beyond. With over a decade at Keller Williams Capital Properties and a background in asset management, she expertly guides first-time buyers and seasoned investors alike.
Beyond real estate, Nasim is a committed community leader, serving on the Many Hands DC board and in PTSA leadership at Walt Whitman High School. A Persian American fluent in Farsi, she has lived across the U.S. and Canada before settling in Bethesda 25 years ago. She holds an MBA from the University of the Pacific and enjoys cooking, skiing, and time with her family.

Louise Wild
Louise Wild joined Finnell Lee Homes at Sotheby’s International Realty in October 2024, bringing warmth, tenacity, and a deep understanding of diverse property needs. With over 30 years in customer service and experience buying, selling, and renovating homes across the US, Europe, and Australasia, she ensures a seamless real estate experience for her clients.
A dedicated community builder, Louise has led expat integration efforts, including chairing UNLESA in Fiji and volunteering at Washington Episcopal School. Originally from Wales, she has lived in Chevy Chase, DC, since 2018 with her family, rescue dog, and unrescuable cat. She enjoys cooking, pickleball, and global travel.
